Today I learned that the Americans call a bouncy castle a ‘Moonbounce’.
A friend learned that a group of giraffes is called a ‘tower’.
What have you learned today?

I learnt something nifty on Friday – how blind people know when the lights go green at pedestrian crossings (the ones that don’t beep). Put your hand underneath the box with the button on it, and there’s a little stalk sticking out. When the lights change, and the green man is lit up, that stalk rotates, so you can cross the road.
